Thank You Pocket Card

I've been burning through these tiny glassine bags lately.  They're the perfect size for holding gift cards or little tags.  I've also used a lot in my Project Life album & the wedding "Smash" album I'm making for my sister.  And... for only $0.25 each, they're a steal!

For today's card, I used one of these tiny bags to hold a tag.  It's just a fun way to add a little unexpected twist on a traditional card.

This tag is part of Crate Paper's Pretty Party Tag Cuts.  I am a sucker for these tags.  Every time Crate Paper comes out with a new collection, I always have to snag a couple.  They come as a 12x12 sheet that you can cut apart & each one is a different design.

This layered flower sticker is also part of the Pretty Party collection.  I wanted it to fill up the space a bit more, so I added some paper leaves from Amy Tangerine.

Pebbles just came out with this fantastic basic sentiment stamp set.  I love the font, the flagged edges & the negative space text.  Fun stuff!

Thanks for taking a peek!  You can find my card in the Two Peas Gallery HERE or click on the pictures below to find the supplies in the shop:

Lawn Fawn Sneak Peek Day #1: Love 'n Breakfast

Lawn Fawn is releasing a brand new stamp set called Love 'n Breakfast & each of the girls on the DT have sneaks for you today!

I had to stifle a little squeal of delight when I got my first peek at this cute-as-can-be set.  There are smiley faces on all sorts of inanimate objects... and for those of you who know me, you know how much I love those little happy faces!

One of my favorite images from the set is this adorable happy toaster.  I decided to make a little gift box featuring this tiny kitchen appliance.

The little toast images are a separate stamp.  I trimmed off one of the little guys so that he looks like he's peeking out from the toaster.  To make the other piece of toast look like he was jumping for joy, I added a tiny bit of coiled wire to create a trail.

The box is a die cut shape from Silhouette.  I just love using this machine!  I seriously am using it on everything!  It makes designing SO much easier!

The striped ribbon is the same yummy May Arts trim that I used in my previous post.

The "woo-hoo" sentiment is part of the Critters in the Forest stamp set.  I can't believe I've never noticed it before!  What a fun way to share in someone's excitement!

Thanks for taking a peek at my project!  You can find out more about this new set on the Lawn Fawn Blog!  To see more inspiration, make sure to check out each of these designers' blogs:

A Country Wedding & Bits and Baubles

Hello my blog buddies!  I'm still playing catch-up & have some cards to share that I've recently posted to my Two Peas in a Bucket Gallery.  I had SO much fun making these!  The colors in so many of this season's collections are just so soft and beautiful!
(click on photo for clearer view)

I love this adorable truck from Echo Park & thought it would make the perfect getaway "car" for a country wedding! I loaded the truck bed with flowers & hearts & bits of sparkle. Instead of tin cans, I "tied" flowers onto the bumper using bakers twine.

And... here is a card I made for a sweet crafty friend of mine:
I love using rub-ons! They're always so vibrant & are so easy to customize. I used the Studio Calico Weekdays Rub-ons to create the word "Friend" by cutting apart bits and pieces and applying them side-by-side. The rest of the card was really fun to make too! I punched out several circles, added stitching, and then topped them with buttons and other treasures.
