Lawn Fawn: Dewey Decimal Collection

I'm so excited to share the newest paper collection from Lawn Fawn with you!  Dewey Decimal is SUCH a fun line - perfect for back to school, fall, masculine, and other projects.

I wanted to show you how easy it is to create a gift using this collection.  I love making handmade gifts... especially at the beginning of school.  Although... now that I'm finished making this, I'm thinking about keeping it for myself.  ;)

I took a basic composition notebook & covered the front & back with paper.  I used one of Studio Calico's FabRips (adhesive-backed fabric strips) to cover the binding & then machine stitched the edges just to make sure everything stayed in place for the long haul.

I stamped one of the coordinating book images from the Check This Out set onto a kraft label & added some letter stickers to finish it up.

I used additional paper from the collection to cover the inside of the notebook.  The library card is also part of the Dewey Decimal line.  I just placed it in a library pocket & added some stickers from the collection to dress it up a bit.

I hope you've enjoyed taking a peek at this new fun collection.  To see even more inspiration (including videos) and for your chance to WIN the entire release, visit the Lawn Fawn blog!
