My Anniversary

My husband & I have been married for 11 years today!  It's just crazy looking back.  We were so young, but I remember thinking that I was completely grown-up at that time.  I was 21 & my husband had just turned 23.  Babies.  We've been through a lot of things over these past eleven years & I'm proud to say that we've stuck together through it all.  Here are a few photos that I came across the other day & I thought I'd share them with you.  :)

I love this pic!  This is my niece, Nichole.  She's driving now.  Time goes by way too fast sometimes!

This was right as the ceremony was starting.  My brothers were my ushers and couldn't get the isle runner to cooperate.  I think they worked on it for an eternity & I'll never forget how red their faces were.  They still have a strong hatred for isle runners to this day.  ;)

This is my little sister, Jenna.  She's 23 now.  Another example of how time goes by way too fast sometimes!

I loved this little bug.  Loved, loved, loved it.  We had to sell it and get a car that could sport car-seats instead.  I would love to have a vintage VW bus now.  How fun would that be?!?  I don't think I could ever feel great about driving a mini van... but a VW bus?!?  Oh yeah, baby.  One day!  :)

  6. Love your pictures. I was 18 and my husband was 24 when we married 40 years ago. It seems like yesterday and yet when we look in the mirror it shouts back "oh no it wasn't".

Have fun with the love of your life!

Ps I had to slug my hubby when I saw the vw bug LOL!
