Woo Hoo!!! I am SO excited today! I was browsing Nichole Heady's blog to see who the Honorable Mentions were for this month's Guest Star Stamper contest and found out that I was one of them!!! Yeah!!! It just made my day! Check out the post HERE!

I have so much respect for the creative genius of Nichole and I am totally obsessed with Papertrey's stamps. I already have ideas dying to be stamped out onto paper for the newest sets. I have a serious addiction that I don't ever want to give up! One of the really awesome things that Nichole does is send a personal e-mail to everyone that she features. I know it's insane... but I treasure these as much as I would a message from the president. ;) She's just way up there in my book!

I used a cardbase from Martha Stewart (similar color to Stampin' Up!'s Wild Wasabi); Ruby Red CS; Blue Bayou, and So Saffron classic pads (SU).
*** Cassandra asked how I made the scalloped edges on the card. Although I would love to take credit for it, these card bases (made by Martha Stewart Crafts) came already cut like this (and were on clearance for $1 for the entire set, including envelopes!) Maybe you could do something similar using Stampin' Up!'s tab punch, using only the edge???
