Today on SCS, the challenge was TLC121 "to encourage stampers use their talents to make cards for the people in need of some good cheer". My best friend's sister is fighting breast cancer right now and I thought she could definitely use some 'good cheer'! You can find out more about Sarah on her blog. She's really a remarkable person!
I stamped 3 times (once with Sahara Sand, once with celery, and once with coral). I cut out some of the brightly colored words and adhered to the main - sahara sand - sentiment. I used a Sakura glitter pen to add a little sparkle to some of the words too.
Stamps: What Cancer Cannot Do |
Paper: Very Vanilla, Crate Paper Birdie Collection, Sahara Sand |
Ink: Sahara Sand, Certainly Celery, Cameo Coral |
Accessories: Primas, Silver Brads, Dimensionals, paper piercing tool |
I read Sarah's blog. What a wonderful testimony to what kind spirit is living strong within her! My prayers are with her...she's definitely "stamped in his image."
