Happy New Year, my friends!
I love neon. I know this trend makes some people a little nervous, but what better time to try it out then on a New Year's card?!? I just got some new neon washi tape & had to put it to use. I added strips to white cardstock & then cut out the word "year" using my Silhouette.
I cut the word "new" out of this fun map printed paper from Studio Calico's new Woodbrooke Road kit & used the negative. I added neon yellow & green washi behind the popped up patterned paper.
