Stitch Fix Review #3

Don't you just love happy mail?  I went to my mailbox today & was excited to discover that my latest Stitch Fix box had arrived a few days early.

This is my third "fix" review, but if you haven't heard of them, Stitch Fix is a personal styling service that delivers right to your door.  Basically, you fill out an in depth Style Profile, select a shipment date, and a stylist sends you a box filled with 5 items that are hand picked for you.

There's a $20 styling fee for each box.  If you decide to keep anything in your box, that styling fee goes toward your purchase.  Shipping & returns are free.  If you keep everything in your box, you get 25% off of everything!

I had a referral credit & decided to ask for a box to help spruce up my spring wardrobe.  (If a friend uses your referral link to sign up for a "fix", the company gives you credit to use toward your next purchase!)  So... thank you, thank you, thank you for signing up under me!  :)

If you see something from a Stitch Fix review that you like, you can always ask for it to be included in your box.  (You have to ask quickly though, because their inventory changes really quickly.)  That was the case with this scarf that I saw on Kelly Marie's Instagram feed:
(Mini Anchor Print Scarf, item #99756)

When I saw that I was getting a sweater in this fix, I was pretty bummed.  A sweater in late April?!?  But... when I pulled it out of the box, I was happily surprised.  It's made out of the lightest material.  It actually feels cooler than many of my short sleeve tops!

My stylist suggested pairing this top with a statement necklace & I happened to have this navy one from years ago, collecting dust.  I wouldn't have thought to pair it myself & I love the tips that are included (including photos) with each piece of clothing.

The back of this sweater is solid navy - kind of a fun contrast with the striped front.
(Wanda Striped Knit Sweater by Olive and Oak, item #77023)

I didn't think I was going to like this top at first.  It's a longer tunic style & I have a short torso.  But... when I put it on & tucked it in, it actually fit really nicely.  The bright coral color is one of my favorites right now.  (The sleeves also have the copper detailing on the sleeve.)
(Moni Stud Detail Woven Top, item #79712)

I've been wanting a "critter print" top ever since fix #1, but things just never looked right.  So... I was so excited that my stylist found one that worked!  I also mentioned that I liked navy & I love that my fix included several pieces in this color.
The top is actually full of colorful fish.  It's different than anything I've seen before & I love it.

I paired it with this pearl & silver necklace that was included in this fix & I think it looks kind of cute!
(Flounder High-Low Top, item #67506)
(Stationed Pearl & Circle Necklace, item #100199)

So... now comes the hard part.  I'm trying to decide what I want to keep.  I'm kind of liking it all.  :)
Any suggestions???

*Edited to Post: All of my items this month were between $30 - $55 range.  I selected the most inexpensive price range in the Style Profile.

  7. Cute stuff! If I had to narrow it down to a couple I would say the fish top and scarf are my favorites, but the coral one is a close second. You'll have to update us on what you decide. ;)
