Paper Crafts Magazine Presents: A Card Style Mystery Blog Hop

Have you heard about the newest special issue called Card Style???  If not, you're going to want to get your hands on a copy.  I just got mine this week & it's SUCH a great publication!!! Someone could have pegged my style from day one!  I remember placing my first stamp order after attending a home party & it was filled with fun & cute images.  Sometimes I like to incorporate shabby or vintage supplies into my crafts, but it all seems to gravitate back to being fun & cute in the end.  I love making cards that bring a smile.... and love to pack in as much color, fun, and cuteness as I can muster.  :)

This was probably the most enjoyable publication that I've ever worked on.  It's so freeing to just be able to create what your heart naturally wants to create.  Of course, when I found out that one of my cards had made the cover, that made me fall in love with this publication even more! :)  It was like Christmas in July!  (My card is on the lower right with the birthday banner.)

So... today I have a Fun & Cute card for you, filled with summery goodness!  I instantly fell in love with Lawn Fawn's Swimsuit Season stamp set because it fit my style perfectly.  Of course, it's completely fun & cute... but the retro swim suit brings in the vintage flair that I can't resist!  My in-laws are treating us to a week's vacation on the beach, and I thought this card would be a perfect way to say "Thank You!".
