It's hard to believe that Christmas is over and New Year's is right around the corner! Cath (from Moxie Fab World) has posted a new challenge along with some super cute cocktail dresses for your viewing enjoyment. :)
My New Year's Eve plans usually include two kids and pizza... so I don't really have any reason to dress up -- but it's fun to look at all of these trendy clothes anyway. :) Ahh... maybe one day.
So... instead of hitting a hot party, I decided to paper craft a card based on one of these dresses. HERE is the link for the dress (in case you're one of the lucky ones who actually get to wear one). ;)
And... here is my card:
I've hoarded this pretty paisley paper for a while & I finally decided to put it to use. (This layout is based off of Card Positioning System's #96 Sketch.) I sewed a vintage button onto the center of the flower & added some vintage hardware to the side of my card.
I'd love to see your "dressed up" card too! Leave me a link if you play along! :)

Oh, I've visited and petted that dress in person. . it's absolutely GORGEOUS, but I have nowhere to wear it, LOL! Everyone comes over here and we hang out, play scrabble, and just talk and hang out! LOVE it, wouldn't have it any other way! Your card is beautiful!
