I'm Getting Punchy!

Today's Blogger's Challenge was to incorporate PUNCHES into your project. I Luuuuuhhhvvv punches, so this was really a 'challenge' for me. ;) Don't forget to check out the other member's challenge cards! (see my side bar for links) The sketch that I followed was one of Beate's a while back. I finally had a chance to try it out!

The little bat is by Rubber Soul (Happy Bat). I think he has the cutest little face! I used a slit punch to create the reverse scalloped edge on the bottom of the card. Doesn't it look just like the bat's wings? Ah! I love it when things all come together!

The yummy orange notecard is also by Rubber Soul (California Poppy). I was SO happy that I still have my Marigold Morning SU ink pad from last year! It matches perfectly! I used scraps of MM Cardstock to make tiny paper strips on the card... and for the sentiment. The sentiment is by SU (Booglie Eyes). Oh! I also used Papertrey Ink's Border and Corner Oval Set to frame my bat.
