Today was a great relaxing day for me! I love it when my house is clean, my kids are asleep.... and I can create - guilt free - in my craft room. Believe me, this doesn't happen very often!
I saw a card by Geny that really inspired me. I 'had' to get a pack of DCWV Nana's Kids paper. It is SO CUTE! All of the paper is cardstock weight - and most of it is embossed or glittered. I found mine at Archivers, but I know that Joann's has it online too. The ladybug paper in the set goes perfectly with Papertrey's Little Lady set!
I used all Papertrey Ink sets to make these cards. I mimicked the patterned paper by glittering the ladybugs and stars with Stickles. I added small 'diamond' embellishments to the flower's centers too. I wish you could see the cards IRL. They're so sparkley!
The card sketches are from Poetic Artestry. She is hosting Blogger Bingo is giving away some awesome prizes! For every card stampers upload (using her sketch), she gives out one more Bingo number.
