I'm back to share a little more about Studio Calico's April release {Bluegrass Farm.}
Here is a mood board created for the kits to give you a general feel of what's in store:
I LOVE the farm fresh feel to it all. There are touches of what I call "fresh vintage" in the colors & patterns found in the kits. As I've mentioned before, these kits feel like they were created just for me. They're just my style!
I shared a project earlier with you where I used some of the fruit images from the card kit stamp set. The fruits are just so versatile & they remind me that warmer weather is on its way (thank goodness!) I made this project below using just the main card kit & stamped the fruits this time using the new Color Theory ink pads.
If you're quick & can snag the Fruit Punch dies that coordinate with the card kit stamp set, you'll thank yourself. I've used them over & over again & they make creating cards like this so easy!
I've made several Silhouette cut files to coordinate with the sets this month & I'll be sharing the free download links here on my blog on reveal day (March 27th.)
One of the sets includes several layerable banners & this equestrian silhouette:
I designed a baby cut file to create this card:
The download will include the onesie & diaper that I made with paper from the card kit add-on called "Clarabelle." The little mini clothespins from the kit are just the size to hang pint-sized pieces from the clothesline.
I have several more things to share, so be sure to check back again soon!
